Initial Project Brainstorming
1. Review of Project Objectives
The team read the initial requirements of Phase 1 of the Sustainability Project. Reading of the requirements was followed by discussion of initial thoughts, and ideas.
2. Class Reading Discussion
Brief discussion of the preparatory reading was used to gain initial insight on project objectives to help guide research.
3. Dividing up of Research Topics
After evaluating the objective of the project, it was pointed out that the objectives could be broken up into two themes, Coffee and Recycling. The team split up into two groups.
Coffee Objectives Research- “Bean Buddies” (Justin D, Mariam, Christina)
Recycling Objectives Research- “Trash Guys” (Justin B, Andrew)
4. Final Thoughts and Meeting Plans
The team discussed researching individually and then bringing information to class for the in class workshop, to present and move forward.
