The form I chose to go off was is the same one that is on the Ohio FFA’s website for ag teachers and also the same document that several teachers posted on NAAE for their assessment forms. I just added a few things like what type of SAE they are doing, what the students name is and their home address. I feel like each part of a SAE is covered well in the assessment form and gives the student an idea of what is expected but it does not ask too much from them.
