Ohio 4-H offers a variety of awards and opportunities at the state level

These 27 awards recognize a 4-H member’s achievement in a specific area. Areas include any possible 4-H project category. Each achievement award winner will received an expense paid trip to National 4-H Congress that is held in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Ohio 4-H State Achievement Award applications are available at the office for pick-up. This is an 8-page document (one page must be a picture page). The forms must be signed by the Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development before they are submitted. The forms are due to the office by January 17th, but please contact the 4-H Extension Educators to request more time if needed. The 4-H Extension Educators are required to organize applications and submit them to Ohio 4-H in February.
