My field never dried out to plant a crop. Am I still eligible to receive a MFP payment?

To receive a full MFP payment, no. Since the money to pay for the program is coming from the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), payments have to be made on a marketable product. To qualify for full 2019 MFP payments, a producer must have planted an eligible crop. However, if a producer was prevented from planting an eligible crop- he or she can still receive $15/acre if that acre was planted to an MFP eligible cover crop before August 1^st.
