Purpose: Discuss present Data and our progress on the AEV to the professors.
Team Members Present:
– Nina Moore
– Jacob Ryan

During the meeting:
-Discussed who was going to be assigned the positions to present the necessary information to the UTA, TA’s, and the professor.
- Team decided amongst each other who was to present what.
- Jacob was tasked to being HR.
- Nina was tasked to be PR
- Mason and Ravvin were designated to be R&D
- Mason was tasked to bring copies of Progress Report 1 with highlighted important information for he and Ravvin.
- Jacob was tasked to bring our Schedule and Team Working Agreement.
- Nina was tasked to talk about their website.
Tasks to complete before the next meeting:
– Nina:
- Prepare short small presentation about our website.
- Be prepared to answer any questions.
- Update the team’s website.
– Jacob:
- Prepare for meeting.
- Update the team’s website.
– Ravvin:
- Read up on the progress report, be prepared to answer any questions.

- Read up on progress report, be prepared to answer any questions.

Plans for next meeting:
- Continue testing AEV
- Figure out why the AEV refuses to move.
