Again this year, all Drug Use Notification Forms (DUNF) will be completed electronically. Please fill out the electronic DUNF before Wednesday, September 8th at 5:00pm. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your DUNF after it is submitted. If any information on the DUNF form changes between the time the form was submitted and fair check-in, the committee will ask you to complete a new DUNF at check-in. If nothing has changed you may proceed to the next step in the check-in line. Please use your entire animal ID/scrapie ID. DUNF forms are required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture for all market animals, lactating dairy cows, and lactating dairy goats. Click here to access the electronic DUNF.

Open Poultry and Dairy Show Entries Due to Senior Fair Office August 14th
4-H and FFA members bringing poultry or dairy projects to the fair are also encouraged to enter the Senior Fair’s Open Poultry and Open Dairy Shows. Entries and more information about these shows are available in the Senior Fair Premium Book. Click here for more information.
Poultry Blood Testing Cancelled
The poultry blood testing event scheduled for August 3rd has been cancelled. Testing is required for 2021, but will be completed at fair check-in on Friday, September 10th.
Market Rabbit & Market Poultry Animal ID
Attention all market poultry and market rabbit members: don’t forget to enter your market poultry and market rabbit animal ID in 4-H Online before starting your fair entries. You must have your animal ID entered in 4-H Online so that you can select those animals in the fair entry program. Also, this year market poultry and market rabbit sale photos should be taken at home and uploaded with your fair entry. Ohio National Poultry Show
This year’s Ohio National Poultry Show, the largest poultry show in the nation, has gone virtual! This gives open and junior exhibitors a new way to compete and still be a part of the Ohio National. Information, including the catalog, can be found by clicking the links below.

The entry deadline is Saturday, October 17, with Class Champions announced Saturday, November 14 and the Show Champion announced Sunday, November 15. Show awards will be mailed the week after announcing the champions. There is no cost to enter.
