Financial contributions to the Wayne County 4-H Hugh Kline Endowment Fund and our new Wayne County 4-H Youth Development Fund help support numerous Wayne County 4-H programs throughout the year including camp scholarships, grants for innovative projects proposed by Wayne County 4-H clubs, and support for youth participating in various statewide camps, trips, and other leadership opportunities.
