Quarterly Award Program
Creating a work environment where employees feel appreciated motivated for their hard work and dedication enhances our ability to achieve our respective goals. Promoting this type of environment goes directly towards one of our many goals of making OFS a destination of choice.

The Office of Financial Services recognizes outstanding employee achievements through its Quarterly Employee Recognition Awards Program. The program consists of both immediate recognition tools and a quarterly award.

The goals of the program are to recognize, honor, and congratulate OFS staff members for excellence in their work; to build staff morale; to create and sustain a workplace culture committed to achievement and pride and to provide additional opportunity to communicate current OFS initiatives and achievements across the organization.

Nominees for Quarterly Awards have shown initiative to go above and beyond what would be considered part of the employee’s or team’s normal job duties and nominations should demonstrate one or more of the following criteria:
Innovation/Initiative/Simplification
Collaborating as One University
Outstanding Customer Service
Commitment to Excellence

Award recipients will be selected on the merits and strengths of the contribution(s) made towards the above goals.
We encourage everyone to take a moment and nominate a coworker who has gone over and above to make the office and the University a better place to work
