The Office of the University Bursar, bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, and other university-related charges. The office also invoices third-party agencies, audits OSU student accounts, processes student refunds, and oversees University and Perkins/Health Professions promissory notes and exit interviews. The office is responsible for university accounts receivable collection activities for both University departments and Perkins/Health Professions loans.

Tuition for spring term is due January 3, 2017.

In an effort to help assist our students in managing their finances, we have established a program that allows for the removal of the $25 late fee that has been assessed when an individual falls behind on their TOPP payments.
