Neeraj Tayal is a general internist at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center who is an expert in developing innovative clinical programs in primary care. He joined OSU in 1997 as a medical resident and has been on faculty in the Department of Internal Medicine since 2000. He is currently the Division Chief for General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, a post he has held since 2011. He has expertise in practice management, information systems, and healthcare quality improvement. He is passionate about improving our healthcare system to better serve the population of Central Ohio. He has numerous collaborative programs with faculty from across the university and enjoys developing inter-professional programs in clinical care, education, and research.
