My name is Andrea Spaulding. I earned my BSN from the University of Southern Maine in May, 2007. I have been a registered nurse for almost 14 years. I started my career at Mt. Carmel West on a surgical step down unit. I then became the Lead Nurses Case Manager at Ohio Health Heart and Vascular Physicians, where I spent 10 years and loved working with the physicians and patients one on one. In August 2019, I decided to follow my dreams of working with kids when a job opportunity presented itself. I began the new chapter of my life being one of 11 school nurses in the South-Western city School District. I am currently a school nurse at 3 of the districts buildings, taking on 2 Elementary Schools and a High School.
My husband and I have been married for 12.5 years, we have 3 beautiful children and 2 lovable dogs. My kids are 11, 8, and 4. I feel like I just had my first baby yesterday and can not believe that he just turned 11. My family is my world! We love to spend our time outside, taking hikes or bike rides around different state parks in Ohio. We also love camping. We own a pop up camper and can’t wait for spring break so that we can unpack it for the summer!
