I’m a research scientist with the Center for Applied Plant Sciences (CAPS) at OSU.  In this role, my primary focus is on providing support in the form of consultation, collaboration, and training to researchers working the areas of bioinformatics, genomics, and computation. Check out the CAPS Bioinformatics page for current opportunities. Other research interests involve questions in the fields of population/conservation/evolutionary genetics and genomics, and development of new tools in both the wet and dry lab to facilitate genomic analyses.  Prior to my role with CAPS, I was a post-doc in the Dept. of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology, and held positions with the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Genomic Shared Resource and OSU College of Pharmacy.
