New and Improved OSU Shipment Tracking System
OSU Central Receiving just completed an upgrade to the OSU Shipment tracking system in order to continue to stay current and improve functionality. Improvements and efficiencies were driven by both customers and OSU staff suggestions. While the look and feel of the website has dramatically changed, the functionality still operates the same.

OSU Central Receiving has been redesigned to provide delivery services for all your qualifying OSU shipments. Our new business processes, combined with our professional delivery team and new OSU Shipment Tracking System are here to provide the University unparalleled delivery services. The OSU delivery network can provide expedited same day shipping, standard next day shipping or specialized scheduled deliveries, as well as, pick-ups for outgoing shipments. Through Operational Excellence Central Receiving delivers value, safety and security to our University customers.
To access the OSU Shipment Tracking System to track an order from a vendor please have your OSU Purchase Order Number and or UPS or FedEx tracking number ready and visit. If your package is in the OSU Network you can inquire about a shipment status throughout the OSU supply chain at osucentralreceiving.osu.edu.
Please note that the shipment tracking system must be used with current versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox
Shipment Problems – If you have received an order from a vendor and the order is not correct, wrong product or incorrect quantity or damaged please contact the vendor directly for corrective actions.
Returns – If you need to return your shipment please submit a return request
