The Pease Lab is a collaborative research group in the Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology at The Ohio State University. We investigate genomic and genetic phenomena across species, integrating across field of inquiry and new analytical approaches. Our analyses blend genomic data, expression, biogeographic and trait information, and molecular genetics to holistically investigate whole-genome patterns and changes in complex traits. We pursue these integrative questions in a variety of systems and applications, including flowering plants and vertebrate animals.
