Join OSI in some of the season’s spookiest celebrations with Omens of the Oval, an event that will showcase the ghost stories and myths that surround Ohio State’s campus. Join us for tours with Stater guides sharing the haunts of OSU, trick-or-treating, and an insider’s peak into the Orton Bell Tower, a historic landmarker that Ohio Staters, Inc. has exclusive access to.
Join us on Thursday, September 5th from 5-8pm in the Ohio Union US Bank Conference Theater for the Student Leaders Summit! Attend this conference to improve you and your organization as you learn how to find external sources of funding, collaborate with other organizations, increase membership, and make seamless leadership transitions. In addition, there will be a raffle for two Penn State tickets at the 40 yard line, and there will be t-shirts for all participants. Hope to see you there!
Stop by this Saturday, April 6th from 4-6 in the Creative Arts Room in the basement of the Ohio Union for a sibs and kids celebration! Ohio Staters will be manning several stations decked out with sweet treats, coloring pages, and historical newspaper articles detailing the history of our beloved buckeye tradition. Come dip your own buckeyes and chocolate covered strawberries and get a Polaroid snapshot this weekend with us in celebration of the family you hold dear!
Come join us this Friday, March 29th from 2-4pm in Blankenship Hall for another rendition of an especially beloved Stater project, How Firm Thy Safety. Together we will thank the Ohio State Department of Public Safety and celebrate all we do for us each and every day of the year! There will be plenty of free food and a display to give to the officers who keep us safe. Hope to see you there!
Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend to celebrate the unveiling of one of the most exciting Stater projects to date – a 20,000 pound granite sculpture memorializing The Ohio State Marching Band’s very own Script Ohio tradition! There were many familiar faces, and even more new friendly ones, to behold the new Stater site, located immediately south of the Shoe in the Lincoln Tower Park Field. To further celebrate this momentous occasion, we welcome anyone to come #DotYourOwnI by taking a picture with the sculpture and tag it to share it with all of us! Here are some of our favorite pics from Friday below.
