Buckeye Wishes was a project conducted to benefit a unique portion of the student body: those students who have had to take time away from their studies due to chronic and/or physical illness. Ohio Staters collaborated with the Student Advocacy Center to find students who would benefit most from this project. The idea was to take something large, like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and turn it into something specific to the Ohio State community. We are happy to announce that we granted two wishes during this project, one delivered Ohio State vs. Minnesota football tickets to a student and their guest, and the other allowed a student who was passionate about basketball to attend an OSU basketball practice and meet the team.
Buckeye Wishes aims to provide a unique experience that students may not otherwise have.
