Advantages: Another very nice hotel at a lower room rate. Breakfast and Parking included. Campus is reached by a complimentary shuttle bus, or forty-five minute walk.

 

Getting to Columbus:

For travel plans, the first talk will be at 3pm on the Friday (preceded by refreshments at 2pm). The conference will finish by 1pm on the Sunday.

By plane:

Columbus airport has direct flights to most US domestic hubs (e.g. Chicago,  Newark, Dulles, Philadelphia, Boston, Houston, Atlanta, Detroit, Denver, Los Angeles). To reach the university from the airport there are two choices:

1) If you are staying at the Blackwell, you can arrange with the hotel in advance a complimentary airport shuttle service

2) Taxi: costs less than $20

By car:

Columbus is conveniently located at the intersection of I-70 and I-71, making it convenient to access by car from all over the region.

By bus:

Megabus operate routes to cities including Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Chicago.
