OSUWexnerbloglogo2014 Podiatry for the Primary Care Physician. The foot is a specialized of a part of the body and requires a lot of specialized medical and surgical care. And that’s where podiatrists come in. Many physicians may not have had a lot of formal training in podiatry in medical school but yet your patients are going to come to you with foot problems. On this CME webcast, we have two of Ohio State’s top podiatrists here to familiarize us with common foot and ankle problems. First, we have Podiatrist and Assistant Professor of Orthopedics, Dr. Said Atway. Joining him, we also have the Chief of the Division of Podiatry, Dr. Erik Monson.
