We have two of the Ohio State University’s sports medicine specialists and experts in hip preservation surgery. Let me introduce Dr. John Ryan who is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Dr. Kelton Vasileff is also an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery.

As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: IDENTIFY different potential causes for hip pain outside of the hip joint; IDENTIFY potential surgical indications for extra-articular hip pain; EXPLAIN the pathomechanism of femoracetabular impingement; and EXPLAIN common extra-articular (non-joint related) hip conditions and treatment options.
