Yang Mu, winner of the Newman Prize for Chinese Literature in 2013 and the Cikada Prize in 2016, is one of the most important poets writing in Chinese. The Completion of a Poem is the first book-length English translation of his poetics.
List members may be interested to use the book as a text for courses in modern Chinese poetry, Chinese literary studies, comparative literature, poetics, and translation studies.
