Each session (research, education, clinical, commercial or career) will be 90 minutes and will host three speakers. The session organizers must secure a sponsor for their session (industry, college, department, or donor). Session sponsorship starts at $5,000 which covers registration and three nights’ lodging for all three speakers. The deadline for preliminary interest in presenting at the conference is January 31, 2014. No firm evidence of sponsorship is needed at that time.
Session slots are limited and will be committed on a first-come first-served basis and thematic alignment . Slots will be held until January 2014 at which time session organizers will be expected to name a potential sponsor. In March 2014, the sponsors must be finalized or the session slot will be given to those on a waiting list.
Other levels of sponsorship include $10,000, $15,000 and $25,000.
