Survey of Earned Doctorates in Science and Engineering is a survey of U.S. citizen and permanent resident doctorate recipients, by race, ethnicity, and major field of study. (See Tables 16 and 22)

Women, Minorities, and Persons with Disabilities in Science and Engineering provides statistical information about the participation of women, minorities, and persons with disabilities in science and engineering education and employment. A formal report, now in the form of a digest, is issued every 2 years.

The annual U.S. Medical School Faculty is a set of 20 data tables about the national distribution of faculty including specialty, department, rank, degree, sex, and race/Hispanic origin.

The Annual Survey of the Mathematical Sciences (AMS-ASA-IMS-MAA-SIAM) collects information about departments, faculties, and students in the mathematical sciences at four-year colleges and universities in the United States.  The data gathered provides information regarding faculty recruitment, hiring and salaries, course enrollments, degrees awarded, and the gender, race/ethnicity and citizenship of new PhD recipients along with their employment status.

Computing Research Association’s annual Taulbee Survey provides information on the production and employment of PhDs in computer science and computer engineering (CS & CE), and salary and demographic data for faculty in CS & CE in North America. Statistics given include gender and ethnicity breakdowns.
