Sandy Levinson, a noted constitutional law scholar, is the W. St. John Garwood and W. St. John Garwood, Jr. Centennial Chair; Professor of Government, The University of Texas Law School. He will discuss his new book “An Argument Open to All,” on the relevance of the Federalist Papers to the 21st century.
