CFAES is partnering with the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Nursing to bring the Cultural Intelligence Center to Ohio State to provide our units with Unconscious Bias Certification. This certification prepares you for facilitating the “Culture Matters” workshop for faculty, staff, and students in CFAES. Although this training is complementary to the Cultural Intelligence Training Level 1 Certification provided in 2013, you do not have to be a Cultural Intelligence Facilitator to apply.
Space is limited. Applications are being accepted until August 11. The training will be in Columbus on September 14 and 15, location to be determined. There is no cost for the training for your unit other than mileage and overnight if needed. You will be expected to facilitate at least one session for the college per year.
