CHOPs: Graduate Program Early Preview Weekend

The University of Wisconsin’s Department of Chemistry will be hosting CHOPs (CHemistry OPportunities) from September 12-15, 2019.  This weekend is dedicated to providing a preview of the university’s graduate program. CHOPs is an all-expense paid trip tailored to give potential graduate students an opportunity to visit the university before they apply to graduate school. Activities at CHOPs will include tours, interaction with alumni and graduate students, individual meetings with faculty, research presented by graduate students and faculty, and presentations about life in graduate school and applying to graduate school. This weekend may benefit you even if you are not planning on applying to The University of Wisconsin.
