Take a Breath – Stress Relief

What: Hear a short presentation from a CCS counselor, with an emphasis on how to deal with stress. After the presentation, we will be playing minute to win it style games, with stress relief prizes for winners. There will be ice cream!
Why: Feeling stressed about midterms and college life in general? Come learn some methods for reducing stress and gain knowledge on the importance of sleep.
