Research Interests and Experience:
Current: Deployment of hybrid approaches for geothermal energy production and storage to enhance energy sustainability
Past: Scientific project developed in Brazil (2010-2011). Area: water treatment and sanitation. In this project I have developed a filtration system using activated charcoal and sand to filter water, from a lake, to be destined to human consumption. The main purpose of my project was to reduce the amount of organic particles and suspended solids contained in the water with a low cost and easy installation filter that could be used in rural areas and small communities.
