Pollinators@Secrest Arboretum in Wooster

Each session is $10 at the door but please register. You can attend one or multiple sessions…you pick what works for your schedule. All sessions led by Denise Ellsworth. Meet at the Secrest Welcome and Education Center.

Dress for the weather and light walking. Each session to be held indoors and out. Pack a water bottle and your lunch.

September 19th, 9:30 to 2:30: Bee mini short course with Sam Droege, Jamie Strange and MaLisa Spring. Registration limited!

Bee Tour with author and biologist Olivia Carril, July 29th – August 4th

Bees in Your Backyard with Olivia Carril: one day bee ID and biology workshops. Fee: $65 includes lunch and handouts. Each session to be held indoors and out with microscopes and field collecting. Please note: content is the same at each location. More details here.

Wild Bee Field School, to be held at Secrest Arboretum in Wooster. A three-day bee ID and biology adventure with Olivia Carril! July 29th (starts with dinner and evening program) through  the afternoon of August 1st. All meals, transportation to field sites and materials provided. Lodging not included. Registration limited to 15 participants. Registration fee: $250. Register beginning June 10th. Sign up early: this program is sure to sell out!
