How to Get Access


Access Overview

Access to shop in the OSU Amazon Business Account is limited to specific individuals (referred to as Requisitioners) whose duties include management of an active PCard and procurement of  goods/services on behalf of the university. Assignment of Requisitioners to the OSU Amazon Business Account must be made by the Group Administrator (GA) for each College/VP area.  Group Administrator access is determined by the Senior Fiscal Officer of each College/VP area (no more than 3 GA’s per College/VP area) and must include the submission of the Group Administrator Access Request & Agreement Form[NOTE: Copy will be maintained on file in accordance with the record retention requirements].

Get Started:

  • Step 1:   Establish OSU Amazon Business Account Access as Group Administrator for the College/VP Area (see Process Guide)
    The OSU Amazon Business Account Group Administrator must finalize account profile set-up to perform administrative duties for the College/VP area.
  • Step 2:  Add Requisitioner(s) to OSU Amazon Business Account (see Process Guide)
    The Group Administrator for each College/VP area will have administrative permission to grant access to applicable PCard Managers as Requisitioners in the OSU Amazon Business Account.
  • Step 3:  Finalize OSU Amazon Business Account Access as Requisitioner (see Process Guide)
    The OSU Amazon Business Account Requisitioner must finalize account profile set-up to perform procurement duties on the behalf of the College/VP area.
