About me

I am a visiting associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Ohio State University in Columbus. Internationally, since 2021, I am a professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Jordan.

My research interests include topics in optimization theory, applications, and algorithms with an emphasis on interior-point methods for conic optimization. I am currently advising PhD students Hadjer Alioui, Lilia Benakkouche, Asma Gafour, Amira Achouak Oulha, and Karima Tamssaouete.
