The Fairfield County 4-H Endowment Board is committed to supporting the County’s 4-H program in a variety of ways that includes fundraising for needs that are beyond traditional funding resources. Check back here later as we continue to build on this page with biographies of each of our Board members. In the meantime, many thanks for the time and effort of our current Board members listed below, as well as those who have served in the past:
Brittany Auman, Vice-President;
Carol Black, Carol is a former Fairfield County 4-H participant in the cooking and sewing areas and is currently an advisor for the Blue Ribbon Showmen 4-H club. Her 3 daughters, Mariah, Caitlyn and Haley, have all been 10 year members with many livestock (hogs, sheep and goats) and summer projects. They also each served on the Jr. Fair Board and as Jr. Leaders. The Black Family is happy to support Fairfield County 4-H!
Leslie Cooksey, Fairfield County 4-H Educator; Leslie grew up in Ottawa County where she was a ten year 4-H member, and began as a Fairfield County 4-H Educator in 2014.
Aubry Fowler, Fairfield County 4-H Educator; Aubry is an Alumna of the Fairfield County 4-H program, and began as a Fairfield County 4-H Educator in 2018.
Laura Gold, Treasurer; Laura was a 10-year 4-H member in Fulton County where she participated in sewing, gardening, and showing pigs. She attended the Washington Short Course, State activities along with being a Camp Counselor. Her two children, Michelle and Michael, were both 10-year members showing cattle, swine and sheep. Her children were fortunate to show some champions so the Endowment is a great way for the Gold’s to give back to Fairfield County 4-H.
